Background of installing the elevator:
The customer's product is a special stainless steel basin. Due to the expansion of production scale, the upper floor of the factory building was rented as a storage workshop. However, it was a rented factory building and the landlord was unwilling to dig a large hole, which limited the choice of conveyor. Finally, CVC-2 with a smaller footprint was selected.
After installing the elevator:
We are constantly modifying the design drawings and calculating the transportation speed to meet customer needs. After the trial operation of our factory, professional installers and engineers were sent to install on site, and customers were trained on how to use it and troubleshooting. After 1 week of accompanying production, the customer was very satisfied with the running speed, quality of use and our service.
