Background of installing the elevator:

The customer is a coffee producer, mainly engaged in export business, so it is necessary to load cartons in the warehouse into containers.  During the peak season, at least 10 40ft containers are needed every day, so a lot of manual handling is required.  However, sometimes when so many people are not needed, workers are not dared to be fired, fearing that no one is available when they are needed.  Therefore, labor costs are a large expense

After installing the elevator:

The products are directly transported from the warehouse on the 4th floor to the container.  The telescopic roller conveyor is used to go deep into the container.  From the original 20 people to carry, now only 2 people can palletize.  The telescopic roller conveyor can meet any splicing, moving, turning and other needs, and is simple to operate and easy to use.
