Continuous Vertical Conveyors (CVC) are used in automated loading and conveying lines, with common configurations including "Z," "C," and "E" types. They feature a small footprint, high transport speed, and excellent handling efficiency, enabling efficient vertical transportation of goods such as cartons, pallets, parcels, woven bags, paper bags, luggage, stillages, wooden barrels, and metal drums between different floors.
Continuous Vertical Conveyors are widely used in postal sorting facilities for pallets and suitcases, airports and seaports for baggage handling, industrial product distribution warehouses, and various other locations requiring vertical material transport. They are primarily used for upward and downward conveying, with a maximum height of up to 30 meters. Compared to inclined or spiral conveyors, they occupy a smaller footprint, saving up to 90% of valuable floor space.
